Joseph graduated from the University of the South in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science with an emphasis in the politics of water. He is a licensed residential contractor with full workers’ compensation and liability insurances, and holds memberships with the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chattanooga (HBAGC), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and is a Green Certified Builder.

Joseph began working with his hands, building and creating structures for family and neighbors when he was a teenager. By college, he had refined and perfected many skills repairing and maintaining homes for community and faculty members to earn money. While in college, Joseph received a Biehl Grant in his junior year, and completed a three-month study of rural sanitation and rainwater collection systems in Venezuela. He has incorporated his passion to design and build rainwater collection systems into his remodeling company, and brought water storage solutions to homeowners and community organizations to this area.

Eric joined Joseph’s Remodeling Solutions in 2006 after working in the remodeling industry for many years. He is a licensed electrician and enjoys a diversity of trades including electrical work, carpentry, tile, flooring, plumbing, masonry, leadership, and organization. As the Company Operations and Production Leader, and the Senior Estimator, Eric is a master multitasker. Eric’s leadership and strong organizational skills continue to raise the bar for our team and company.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys life on the Cumberland Plateau fishing, hiking, off-roading, traveling, and woodworking.

Ann has worked with Joseph’s Remodeling since 2018. Ann works with customers from the first phone call to discuss a project to the final walk through. She understands how emotional and sometimes stressful home remodeling can be. Ann truly enjoys caring for our customers. It is her goal, as our customer advocate, to make sure our customers are taken care of during the project, and that the project is completed with exceptional results. Prior to joining Joseph’s Remodeling, Ann worked in personal insurance sales. Her solution-oriented customer care and professionalism transferred beautifully to her position on our team. Ann also works closely with Joseph and Alyssa on marketing strategies and organizing our company participation in community events.

Outside of the office, Ann enjoys time with the family, especially all the grands, walking, traveling to the beach and spending time with friends.

Dean joined Joseph’s Remodeling Solutions in December 2012 bringing 30 years of custom woodworking and trade experience to our company. Dean’s knowledge of wood ensures his creations will last for generations, and his dedication to superior workmanship goes hand in hand with our company philosophy. As Field Team Leader and Senior Project Leader, our folks in the field look to Dean for daily assignments, clarity of job scopes and next steps, and procurement of materials. Dean enjoys mentoring and sharing his craftsmanship with the team members, project leaders, and clients.

When Dean is not working, you’ll find him fishing or raising the roof as a sports enthusiast.

Randall joined our team in the summer of 2017, and life has never been the same since. He had a world of experience in all the trades of remodeling, and has been a valuable and contributory member of our leadership team. Randall is a problem solver at heart and enjoys working with other project leaders and field team members to create unique and custom details.

When Randall is not on a jobsite, he enjoys fishing around the local lakes in the Middle Tennessee area.

Fred began working with our field team in the late summer of 2019, and he brought a wealth of remodeling skills with him. He is especially gifted in tiling, drywall and carpentry, and takes pride in his work. The results of his craftsmanship are obvious in the accolades of praise and gratitude our customers shower on him when projects are complete. When projects reveal unforeseen and unwelcome discoveries, Fred quietly puts customers at ease just by being there.

When Fred is not working, he enjoys working on finer carpentry projects in his workshop.

Garrett began working with Joseph’s Remodeling during the summers while he was in high school. He joined us full time in the late spring of 2021 and has had the opportunity to learn the remodeling trades right here under the tutelage of our hand picked Project Leaders. Garrett enjoys framing, and has taken on the role of Inventory Coordinator. Garrett keeps trailers organized on the job sites with readily available materials, which is a never-ending task in the remodeling world.

Fishing is a family centered hobby and interest that takes Garrett out on local lakes when time allows. He enjoys bass fishing and one day hopes to become a fishing guide.

Ethan began working with Joseph’s Remodeling in April of 2022. His interests in construction began back in high school while working with his shop teacher. Prior to joining our team, Ethan spent time working in the concrete and framing industries. Since then he has expanded his trade skills through the leadership and mentoring of our project leaders, and is now a highly skilled field team member. Ethan is quick to learn, has a great sense of humor, and enjoys working together with other field team members.

For fun, Ethan enjoys deer hunting, fishing, and riding horses.

Taco brings over 20 years of experience to Joseph’s Remodeling. As a field team member, he is inspired by his fellow team members and project leaders who have helped him expand his skills in remodeling trades. Taco endeavors to make our customers happy through diligent and consistent work alongside fellow team members, and he’ll be your pet’s best friend.

During his time off, Taco enjoys creating unique yard art with reused, recycled, and repurposed materials, some of which are leftover from our job sites.

Jared transitioned to life in Tennessee and started work with Joseph’s Remodeling in August of 2023 after spending most of his life in Utah. He is a great addition to our team offering talents in multiple trades. Jared particularly enjoys plumbing and electrical work that is methodical, as well as finishing work that makes our projects beautiful. He is most satisfied creating comfortable spaces that our customers want to be in.
When Jared is not working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his growing family.
